The kids really enjoyed the late pool hours. Seeing as we didn't get back to the hotel each day until after 9pm usually, they still got to enjoy some pool time before bed.
Internet. The basic internet wasn't working well and we were unable to keep constant connection. The kids were unable to download any games or books to their ipod and kindle because it would lose connection halfway through. Also, there was no mention on the website that you had to pay extra for better internet. It was only listed as "free wifi".

Breakfast was great. Pillows were great. Shower had excellent water pressure.
Pool was rather small, and there were not steps leading down into it...only a ladder. On the 4th night of our stay, I guess housekeeping no longer cared to do their job. We did not get new towels, trash was not emptied and the floor was not vacuumed.

Nice location, clean, friendly staff, room is nice and the atmosphere was relaxing
It will be better if there are night light. Also bathroom light could be separate from fan. Air conditioner was noisy.

Really good customer service was evident as staff responded promptly when our first room's TV wasn't working, moving us to an available room during peak season. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, especially the freshly cooked bacon, although some items were served cold initially. The indoor pool was a nice amenity, conveniently located near other attractions to enhance our stay.

Hated the fruit - melon, had citric acid taste. Pineapple in with fruit was the only good tasting fruit out of all of the cut up fruit. Bkf. Was great otherwise.

The staff, room and food was very nice. I realize that we were there in Feb as the rates were very reasonable. We know that the rates will be much higher in summer and we may not consider your facilities for the increase in prices. All else, just perfect.
Our pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable, however we have a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, we are spoiled to it.

Family getaway with some perks
The breakfast was excellent, lots of options for everyone, and we even had access to a good hot tub that was great after those long days. The location was spot on, just a short walk to the Clay Cooper theater, and let me tell you, we beat the traffic getting there.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I'd say it was still reasonable for what we got.
